Aollow these steps before you take your device to our Apple Authorized Service Provider. If your device won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:

Make sure customer backup your device by yourself.
Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you’ll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone.
Bring your sales receipt (if possible),in case your service requires proof of purchase.
Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.

To protect your information and save time, follow these steps before you get service for your Mac.

Make a backup: Making a backup is an important part of preparing your Mac for service. Time Machine makes it simple to back up and restore all of your files, and other backup methods are also available.
Gather your information: If you still have your sales receipt, bring it with you to the service location. You might also need your Apple ID password. You should know the name and password of your macOS user account, in case you need to log in to your Mac at the service location. And if you’re also using a firmware password, please turn it off before you get service.
Gather your products: Bring your Mac, power cable, and any accessories that you need help with.

Because every repair is unique and requires careful diagnostics and assessment, the average turnaround time for repairs is 4 to 6 business days.
